I like this property because it is convenient and it does have an indoor pool. However, I noticed that no one returned my message which I sent days prior based on my request to have a room near the pool. The whole reason why I always book this hotel is because of the 24 hour hotel transportation to the airport, and there is a hot tub and indoor pool. This is what set sets apart from other hotels. I was highly disappointed because it is no longer 24 hour shuttle service. Also, there is no microwave in the room and I had my grandbaby with me so I had to go downstairs to warm up his bottle and use the microwave in the market area. Also, no one informed me in advance that the hot tub was not functioning. I have booked this hotel for years I’ve had a response concerning my requests and in the past they also had a free continental breakfast. Gradually went to the grab and go now there is no Covid and it’s disappointing that there is no continental breakfast provided. For the first time, many of the doors accessing both the hotel, and the pool did not work with the key. I have been staying at this hotel for about 6 years. The only good thing is the staff is nice. However, everything else has gone downhill.
