Rooms were clean but had issues with humidity, though it cleared up once the AC was on. I had stayed here for a few weeks in the past and found it to be more than adequate. This stay was just an overnight. Clean rooms, safe, and a pleasant ambiance. Would definitely stay again.

Picked this hotel because of last minute addition to trip but needed to find something a bit cheaper for the night. Regret this decision due to the fact that the building was older, tucked away in an area off the main roads, our rooms smelled like mold and mildew, and the breakfast selection was sub par.

I really didn’t like it because it smelled bad as she walked in the door and the room smelled bad and there were ants in the room. I mention it to the clerk and said they was gonna get someone to check it out but never did so I checked out early.

Room was clean. It's definitely very basic but this was one of the better low end rooms I've seen. Nothing was broken. They vacuum daily. The staff were nice and attentive. They even let me check in 3 hours early for a small fee which was much needed after 8 hours driving and a nap in my car. The only odd thing I encountered was towel related, apparently they have so few washcloths what you get in the room is all you'll get- and I asked in the afternoon hours because sometimes them not having extras overnight is to be expected. I'll likely stay at this location again in the future!

Met my expectations. I don't understand why there were prior negative reviews unless they thought they were going to the Hilton. It was affordable, comfortable, quiet, good location, and breakfast was good. Exactly as advertised. As far as staff, I find people will treat you how you treat them. I liked staff. The front desk lady went above and beyond for me and was friendly. I'm happy I stayed here and I would again.

Arrived about 4 PM for 1 night. The 1st room provided had a noticeable unpleasant odor (musty, sour). Requested and was provided a different room that was much more acceptable. The 2nd room and hallway had a faint odor, but acceptable. Room was a comfortable temperature and HVAC was quiet. Bed, bedding, shower, TV, bathroom were all decent. Left for an evening out, but when I returned around 11:30PM parking lot was full, although there was street parking on what would be a lesser traveled side street and coincidently I was able to park directly outside my room. Exterior key-access door opened without incident (all-too-often in many of these lower tier hotels, the secondary outer door key access doesn't). Typical breakfast offerings for this chain offering self-made waffles, some fruit, coffee, juice, yogurt, toast, and frozen breakfast burritos. Similar hotels have also have an egg and sausage offering. Overall acceptable, but would not be my first choice for a return visit.
