On arrival I was informed there would be no breakfast in the morning due to a truck being delayed. I asked if there’d be a discount, and was told no, as breakfast is free , and they don’t have to offer it. Even though when booking hotels I always check that breakfast is included, and rely on that when making travel plans. I decided to make coffee in my room, but discovered the coffee pot was filthy, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned or even used for quite a while. Other than that, the room was fine, no issues at all.

Friendly staff. Plenty of grass, of youre traveling with your pup. Unfortunately, the pet fee is $45/night, not $25. The only hot food at breakfast is waffles.

For the price, it’s a pretty good value. For the price you will get a clean hotel, uninterested staff, a mediocre breakfast, mediocre bathroom amenities, and a clean room. They also wrap their mattresses to prevent bed bugs which gives peace of kind. My only issue was the AC. It was on the lowest setting and we were still hot at night. But again, for the price, it’s a perfectly fine choice for a night or two, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than that.

Got screwed out of my $100 for booking with 3rd party. When I arrived with my family they said they no longer work with 3rd party bookings due to possible over bookings. The Manager when I asked for a 2 q bed room said they only had a single bed with couch. That wouldnt work with my family including a newborn. Later they magically contacted me saying oh we have aroom now available really? But in the meantime we found a hotel that was much nicer an gave us a discount. An gladly worked with us. Please take heed this hotel service refused upon arrival to take care of this customer an my family. An I am a Sr an didnt appreciate them not refunding my $100. They lost our business forever.

It was just what we needed. Had a couple busy days in the area, so didn’t spend much time there other than sleep. The place was clean and very conveniently located. Price was right The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful with dining suggestions.

Very quiet - several people there those days but hardly a peep out of anyone. Did have issues with our room however. The toilet did not refill very fast. I looked and the float had been rigged in a subpar way. Noise of filling water for several minutes. Also the television kept having to reset and find channels after turning it off. Thankfully we only stayed one night or they would have had to change us rooms if not. Only a one time in and out stay thankfully.

Horrible experience. Had room reserved for my spouse. Before he even fully got out of the cab the front desk person came out to tell him she didnt have a reservation for him becauase they were full. He shows her the reservation and says expedia should have told us it was cancelled. Apparently they have a contract with the railroad that takes expedia rooms right out from the customers who have booked. She said theyre cancelling the contract with expedia because these instances keep happening. Didn't try to give a courtesy call. Didnt try to help find anything else or point us in the right direction. Didn't even apologize until we mentioned that. Worst customer service experience 😒. Not interested in staying with them or expedia ever again after this.
