Something we weren’t prepared for was how loud it was going to be on the street at night. We will bring a fan or sound machine to drown out the noise next time. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so great! Super close to the power and light district which was our favorite part.

Overall, a good hotel. Only thing I didn’t care for was the comfort of the sheets. They were a bit starchy. Not a big deal though.

45 mins before check in I got an email that the hotel couldn’t accommodate us due to over booking. I called the hotel and they said Expedia canceled our reservation and they couldn’t help us.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel room was very clean and it had an upscale feel to it. The lobby is intimate and inviting. There is coffee in the morning and water in the afternoon and evening to enjoy in the lobby area. Loved our experience.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was beyond helpful, rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel bar/restaurant was also 5 star. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel. T-Mobile center is a block away, as is Power and Light. Perfect location for both. Will definitely stay there again.

The Ambassador was fantastic!

Greeted with a welcome cocktail. They have flavored water and coffee in the lobby. Large room. Hallway was really cold. Great bar area with entertainment on Friday/Saturday night. Gym had 2 treadmills, elliptical and a peloton bike. They didn’t have a water machine but had water bottles which was nice. Food in bar was good. Great Bartenders. Will stay there again.
