Everything stood out, the location, the food, the views, and a staff that was genuinely kind, helpful and amazing throughout our stay. We stayed in the family room and it was so pretty, spotlessly clean and spacious enough that our two kids had plenty of room to run around and play. We really couldn't have asked for more. One thing that really stuck with us was how the team arranged breakfast a full hour earlier than usual because we had an early trip back to Tirana. Such a small thing but it made such a big difference and shows just how much they care about their guests. Definitely worth every penny and we will 100% be coming back on our next visit. "stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone."
