The location is perfect, right near the Lungomare boulevard and beaches, with excellent dining and activities nearby. Parking on the premises is a big bonus.」

「I stayed there for 2 nights. First of all, the staff was super nice. They helped with booking the tour and taxi for me. The location was good as well (near the beach and restaurants). However, the room was very old, totally different from the photo (The photo might be taken 10 years ago). It was much darker and I felt scared at night. During shower on the second day, there was a moment that all the electricity shut down into darkness for around 30 seconds. I wasn't sure if it was because of...

「The room and entire property was very nice and very clean. Reception staff was also very good. Lacking was the service at the beach bar/restaurant. You needed to get up every time you want anything. It’s to the hotel’s disservice because they could be selling at least 4 times the amount of alcohol if their staff worked. You shouldn’t have to chase someone down to get a drink. Restaurant was over priced. We walked 10 minutes down the promenade and got a very high quality meal for half the price.」

「L'hôtel est très bien situé et semble au top. Mais, quand on regarde de plus près, on se rend compte qu'il est vieillissant et que son entretien (technique) reste passable. C'est dommage. Dans la chambre, un dégât des eaux a eu lieu et n'a pas été bien remis en état. Dans l'hôtel, hormis le hall nickel, de nombreuses petites imperfections ne sont pas traitées : vitres cassées, câbles apparents, déchets... C'est très dommage, qu'en sera-t'il dans quelques temps ?
