「The good points are pool wash perfect and the sauna’s nice but Unfortunately 1. Spa centar wash separate from hotel so after spa I need to walk out side in the snow and -20 digress to my room aroun 50 meters ,now after that off ofcorse I’m sick now. 2.spa open from 13:00 3.not enough clean room」

「Kaikki muuten ok, mutta wc-pöntön huuhtelu ei toiminut lainkaan. Saavuimmemyn yöllä, joten se oli erittäin huono asia. Emmekä saaneet apua keskellä yötä. Aamulla kuitenkin antamaani palautteeseen reagoitiin välittömästi ammattitaidolla ja asia hoidettiin hyvin.」

「We love this appartment ! Although the front desk is not 24/7, there is actually no assistance needed during our stay beause the lady already explained all in details. The size of the appartment is perfect. We love the balconies where we had breakfast or/and coffee there. The laundry is at the basement for free which is very good for us to travel for weeks. The location is convenient to go to the central station, central market and the old town (10 - 15 minutes by walk). Pleasant stay!! 」
