I'm really happy with my stay here. This is the second time I've stayed here. The rooms are large, the bathrooms clean and nice, and the breakfast is really good. Highly recommend!

Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the property. Room was very spacious and suitably equipped. I even had a balcony where I could sit out and enjoy the view from the hotels lofty location above the town. Breakfast was a good selection of continental offerings along with the option for fresh eggs. Staff were super helpful especially as my German is very limited.

My second time staying at this property. Very spacious throughout and most rooms have a balcony/terrace. Room is traditional German finish with dated toilet fittings which are fully functional. Breakfast is continental with fresh brew coffee and freshly prepared eggs as additional options. Nice hillside location with views across the village and valley beyond. Staff very helpful as I was late arriving but key was waiting for me as I was a returning customer.

Excellent

An overnight stay and we wished we were staying longer. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms (lovely bedlinen), with access to a private terrace area. It also passed our three personal tests - a surface to open a suitcase properly, plenty of plug sockets, and good sized bedside tables! AND there were only pillows with laundered pillow cases on the bed - no grubby cushions! Excellent breakfast included in the already very reasonable price, as was the ample parking right next to the hotel. Very pleasant, helpful hosts. 10/10!

A wonderful stay in the Black Forest region

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was run by a friendly couple who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and all very good. Excellent coffee! We would definitely stay here again.

I was really happy with my stay here. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic (whole wheat and whole grain bread, lunch meat, cheeses, fruit, local jam, yogurt, and granola, tea or coffee). The owners were so sweet and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Immer wieder gerne

Ein kleines familiäres Hotel. Dadurch hat man das Gefühl, trotz Urlaub "zu Hause" zu sein. Es gibt einen Balkon an jedem Zimmer. Beim Frühstück wird man von den Besitzern persönlich bedient. Man kann über Kaffee bis heiße Schoki alles bestellen und sogar gekochte Eier oder Spiegeleier frisch gemacht bestellen. Die Auswahl ist klein aber ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und man ist in ca 30 minuten in Weil am Rhein. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für MPS Besucher. Nur zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wieder hinfahren wenn Urlaub in der Schwarzwald Gegend angesagt ist. Aber dann ohne eigenes Babybett, da bereits eines im Zimmer stand 😊

Een kleinschalig hotel gerund door een “ouder” echtpaar. Omdat we als gevolg van fileleed de uiterste inchecktijd van 19:00 niet gingen halen toch maar even gebeld. We waren ook later op de avond nog van harte welkom. We, twee volwassenen en één puberdochter, hebben er een nacht geslapen op de terugweg naar huis. Een typisch Duits hotel met veel hout en misschien iets gedateerd. We beschikten over een ruime kamer. Het geheel was netjes verzorgd en keurig schoon. Het ontbijt was royaal met een persoonlijke tint. Je ervaart dat het hotel met zorg, toewijding en liefde gerund wordt. We komen er graag nog eens terug.

Brugte hotellet til en overnatning på vej hjem fra Italien. Prisen var ok til det vi fik personalet ver flinke og høflig. Værelse var fint men manglede gardiner der var kun et tyndt forhæng. Morgen maden fint men ikke noget at køre efter. Jeg hved godt prisen var lav men det skal heller ikke koste mere.

아담하고 조용해요

칸덴 중심광장에서 걸어서 7분정도 떨어져 있는 곳으로 조용하고 주변이 아름답습니다. 수건은 매일 바꾸어주진 않았고 아마 요청해야 하는 것 같아요. 6월인데 좀 추웠어요, 난방을 켜야 하는데 마지막날에 알았어요. 간단한 조식과 친절한 서빙이 좋습니다. 침대가 딱딱해서 저는 좀 불편했어요.
