"This hotel is new (2017) and is currently in great condition. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff were awesome and went above and beyond to help with several non-standard requests. Only stayed one night and had to leave very early for the airport but they prepared a quite tasty breakfast box to go. The restaurant a couple of doors up has quite tasty food as well. All in all a wonderful place to stay, close to Shwedagon and Karaweik. "

"I have travelled in Myanmar since 2006.
I booked this hotel for two nights for its location the China town. Four hrs after my checkin at sharp midnight, 3-4 Burmese young hooligans (two men and 1-2 women) came into my floor. They were extremely loud and yelling all over on the hallway and their room. The wall between me and them was a little thicker than paper and the whole building is wooden floored. I thought bandits came feeling so scared when they came to my floor.

"After check in at first day, I got the room which not same in a post. I'm feel not good and requested to change room, the reception accepted my requested and gave me a new room till my OK and accepted without any additional charge. I'm appreciated in this matter. "The hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway, it’s sent within a golf country club, which is great. My only inconvenience was unrelated to the hotel, but apparently there’s a venue near by with hugely loud speakers which started music at 4am and it didn't stop probable after 9am. That’s when tranquility ended. "
