I think we picked just about the best value for our trip. Seems to be one of the nicest hotels in Kanab.. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the heated pool.

When I arrived in my room, the bathroom door handle came off, and I notified the front desk. They sent someone to fix it the very next day, which was nice. Overall the property looks very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and responsive. If you sleep on the fourth floor, be aware that you might get a room underneath the AC unit which makes a loud humming noise all night.

The room was clean everywhere, it smelled clean. The bathroom was impecable. The AC worked great but since I was on the 4th floor, I heard the noise from all the machinery on the roof. It wasn't a deal breaker for me but I can see how it can bother a lot people. I came to this hotel due to the location, I wasn't there to enjoy amenities. I do appreciate the personnel at the hotel, day and night, front desk or helping out with the breakfast. They made me feel welcome and always had a sincere smile on their faces. Would I come back, Yes, but not on the fourth floor. My daughter was on a room by herself and had a bad night sleep due to people next door being noisy, but I don't think the hotel staff can do much about it except for having a low noise policy after certain time at night.
