「Good」

「The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. 」

「Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities,...

「so far okay sangat siapa yang nak cari hotel bajet bajet below 60 satu semalam , sangat recommended , tandas share but its okay jee la dengan hargaaa , tandas pun bersih ada air panas .. semua cleannn sangat sangat !! okay je selesa. cuma for those yg nak stay lama bawak mandian sendiri okay ! environment pun okay sebab dekat bawah ada kedai kedai runcit / kedai makan !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Dirty」

「The reviews from other customers reflected our stay. The toilet was squeaky clean. A recommended budget hotel if you're in Alor Gajah.」

「Cleanliness of the room need improvement. There is spider web on bathroom ceiling and dead spider found in room floor.」

「I didn't expect much as i only paid $13 CAD for the room. The was basic and old but overall i was happy with the value for the price paid. The room, sheets and towels were basic and clean and the service was excellent.」

「suit for those who are don't mind about cleanliness. basically, all clean but the visual doesn't say so. got stain on the towel and bed sheet. more to improper maintenance after so long of service (which means the pictures is longg ago) dirty toilet and no holder for water heater. but we are survived there, nearly want to cancel but its ok, just sleep cos we checked in quite late. staff is welcoming and easy to deal.」

「Run down room」

「Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again.」
