「It's provided very good service for us. My husband got sick on the 1ST day we stay. Their staff took him go to see Dr. I believed that this was a special services for their guests. Because we had to get the boat to go to town to Dr. So thanks for their caring.」

「Lipis Plaza Hotel is very clean and modern. Wifi worked well and many outlets in the room for charging my devices. (Some hotels have only 2 with the TV and fridge plugged into them. ) Included Breakfast was good. 」

「 VE: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming. It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. Toiletries, water & coffee, sugar were welcomed, but no creamer/"milk". Breakfast food was great (but the coffee was terrible - weak, awful taste) Minimart was basic, but good. -VE: The property is just old & tired & obviously difficult to maintain. 「The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms.」

「Het was een erg leuk en mooi verblijf. Marja en haar man zijn echt schatten van mensen. Ze doen alles voor je. Je kan er leuke excursies boeken. Vooral de trip die de hele dag duurt is echt de moeite waard. Moet je doen. Met de boot naar de waterval is ook zeer de moeite waard. En dan weer thuiskomen en de schitterende tuin en terras uitkijkend over de rivier. En dan aanschuiven aan het buffet. Heerlijk eten. De sfeer die er hangt is aangenaam. 」
