"One of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The first room we were given had an overwhelming sewage-like odor. It genuinely smelled like raw sewage, to the point where it was impossible to stay in the room and we immediately requested a different one. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. Breakfast was superb and the welcome drink and afternoon snack were great touches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator was helpful for taking luggage up."
