The only issue was the elevator. Several times it would be out of service.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Safe, clean, pleasant, quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

I felt like I walked onto a movie set back in the 20’s. The hotel kept the room setting from the early 1900’s. It is beautiful and relaxing! Everything was excellent. The only down side was the pillows.

All good. Staff are very friendly and not too crowded during weekdays. Buggy services are quick and helpful. The waterpark is big and fun. More fun if the slides have more water pressure. The kid keeps getting stuck in the middle because it's not slippery enough.
