"During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."

"Generally, good location with lots of food and shopping nearby. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Room is spacious with good view but it's really scary to see stained pillow cases, and the same stain on the second day after housekeeping . So likely they didn't even bother to check or change the pillow cases. Next is the beverages area. There were stains on the table top and the layer of dust looked like they havnt been cleaning that area. Really disappointing for a hotel of this class."
