不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質和住宿環境和硬體

Not really a working hotel.

A suite hotel which has gone backwards. Nobody stays here. I was alone! The rooms are still good - but TV card lapsed so no TV, o breakfast room. Breakfast ordered night before and brought on a tray. Only good thing is the price. And room is big. I stayed several times before in better days. Avoid.

It was ok but wont go back.

I stayed here for three nights. It was advertised on Hotels.com that they have a pool and gym. Wrong, both are "under construction". My room was on the third floor, there is no elevator. There was suppose to be WiFi, there was if you stood next to the window. Hotels.com said breakfast was included, it was, across the street. We ordered dinner be brough to our room, it was, after and hour and half, and they had to carry it from across the street!. The good? The in room safe was big enough for my small laptop and easy to use. The shower was large and the bed was ok, not hard, not soft. The floor was tile. The TV worked and had a few good channels. The AC worked.

Great stay

After staying at a different very disappointing hotel in kampala in the same price range this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Great service. Clean room. Hot water. Great food. Nice gym. Location is a bit far out but not bad. Overall just what I was looking for.

不喜歡：住宿環境和硬體

In the middle of nowhere

The room is large, with a living area, and AC. The maid would use her key to open the door while we were still in the room. There was no extra lock, no 'do not disturb sign' and she did not knock before opening the door. in the end, we inserted the key into the lock from the inside, and that seemed to prevent it from being opened from the outside. This is not a hotel for people who are used to having hot water to take a shower. it was an ok place to stay and comfortable, but I would not recommend it to anyone.

喜歡：整潔度

おこもりには最適

町の中心部から程よい距離で、ジム、３食ビュッフェと、個人的なリトリートをするには最適。　歩いて１０分ほどでスーパーＮａｋｍａｔやローカルレストランなどもあり、生活の不便は感じない。初回は、周りの地理を把握するのにちょっと手間取るけれども、何度も行きつけるホテルとしては最適かと思いました。

Nice Hotel

We enjoyed the stay inspite of the AC & Water going off from time to time..overall the good out weighed the bad...I would return next year.. Also lobby manager Tracy went over and above to relocate us from the 4th to the 1st and added another bed to the room to make it all worth the stay...Hats off to them all.
