"Cleanliness While the hotel was cleaned, the standard was far from adequate. We found hair in our bedsheets, stains on the towels, and improperly washed plates and cutlery at breakfast. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained, with leaves and bird droppings in the water. "A very nice hotel overall. The rooms are pleasant, the property is clean, and the water park is excellent, with far more slides than you would typically find at a hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive most of the time. This could have been a perfect stay if not for a few issues: • The children's sofa bed and the extra bed provided were extremely uncomfortable. • The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the bathroom ventilation did not work. • The music around the water park was tool loud. Some guests may enjoy it, but we found it unbearable and completely redundant. • The most frustrating issue was the lack of air conditioning in the main restaurant. Only one section had weak air conditioning, making the restaurant unbearably hot in August."
