The room is well equipped with kitchen utensils and equipment. Laundry is will equipped with basket and hangers and iron. Staff are very helpful, and assisted with adjusting heat and ventilation.

Super convenient hotel located close to Universal Studios and train station. Great amenities including a super cool check-in cart for children where they can collect pyjamas, slippers and toothbrushes from. The room was spacious enough and had lovely views. Some things are slightly rundown, but it’s very clean and convenient and would stay again.

Clean room, had a partition so that the baby could sleep while we were up. Not a lot of big activities nearby but it was convenient to walk or take a bus to places, and don't sleep on the shopping street nearby (had no crowds and was fun to walk around). Our baby loved the crib they provided. They also have easy luggage forwarding. Would stay in Mimaru again.

Overall, we loved the hotel, location and the fab rooftop bar. Great service and drinks/food there. We kept warm with heaters and blankets. Its a must do. We had a superior king room which we found a bit small. But clean if a bit bland.
