"This hotel is a delight. It’s brand new, spacious, and immaculate. The architecture is a beautiful blend of modern and rustic elements. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located atop the AMU shopping mall and JR station. However, there’s one downside: the parking lot is quite a distance from the hotel, especially after 10 p.m. We had to navigate through multiple elevators and buildings to reach our room. The hotel boasts excellent facilities and a friendly staff, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay."

"整體不錯,位置十分便利,房間設備保養不錯,沒有殘舊感覺,工作人員服務到位,親切友善,早餐普通自助餐,不過不失,價格合理的話可以再來熊本時入住. 唯一缺點是連住4天只清理房間一次,其餘日子會更換浴巾,需然有通知這是酒店的政策,但房内垃圾桶已滿了,也要等清理那一天才跟進就感覺不好了."
