"An excellent, excellent stay at the Galle Face Hotel. The staff were so kind and attentive, especially the entire guest relations team of Darshi, Viduni, Kithara, Dinushi, and Ivoni, who surprised us with a gorgeous setup for our anniversary, and Kenan who gave us a special hotel 'heritage tour.' We stayed 2 days, but the kids were so sad to leave. The breakfast was expansive and delicious, and the swimming pool is apparently the only hotel salt pool in Sri Lanka. The sunset viewing area is beautiful and just everything about this hotel was wonderful."

"Five stars without hesitation. It’s among the top hotels in Colombo. From the stunning view of the coffee and pastry shop to the workstations on the main floor and the pool on the rooftop, it's one of Colombo’s premier spots. One thing I noticed is that whenever there's a lineup at the front, the front office manager, Dananja, rushes in with a bunch of staff and clears it quickly. "

"Met high expectations of a hilton hotel but service and food was generally good. Breakfast was incredible, pool side food was just ok. But family room was huge and good location to the few things there is to see in colombo"

"Breakfast was good, not excellent. Very busy and noisy with outside guests coming in as well and people on FaceTime calls and watching videos etc on phone without headphones. Service at hotel overall for a 5 star hotel in Sri Lanka and compared to other 5 star hotels there that had excellent staff and service levels- the ITC Ratnadipa rated poorly. Would not stay there again. Nice infinity pool and garden area on that level though. "
