「hotel with good and bad things. Good - location, cleanliness, order. Not good - staff in dining room, explanation of hotel facilities at check-in, basic shower room ,not even body lotion . The hotel staff is charming and attentive, except for the dining room workers! We took half board and do not serve drinks at dinner to those on half board. Not even water!!! This needs to be fixed quickly! Other than that, overall a good hotel. 」

「Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better. 」

「Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με όμορφους κήπους και ωραίο περιβάλλον και θέα.Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και με καινούριες συσκευές αλλά τα κρεβάτια δεν ήταν άνετα και ειδικά ο καναπές κρεβάτι ήταν ένα στρώμα 5 εκατοστά. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Γενικά για την τιμή του ήταν πέραν των προσδοκιών μας.」

「The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. Lovely views, very quiet and smart tv was great.」
