「This was truly a 5 star hotel to stay. Everything was great.」

「The room was beautiful, clean and had a fantastic view. They even offered us a fridge delivered at no cost when we checked in. The staff are some of the best and friendliest at any hotel I've ever stayed at. The pool is great and I couldn't find a bad thing to say about the place if I tried. Basically a perfect stay.」

「离火车站很近，便宜实惠 」

「Satisfactory, no complain for a short 1 night stay in a small town.」

「Nice property. Polite staff」

「Room not very clean, but bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Easy access to beach and pool. But far from city center. Breakfast was good, available at 6:00. But coffee tasted like chicory, not good.」

「Old fashioned hotel, less clean and need many renovation to fix it.」

「Amazing service. Manager took me and some others on a wonderful trip to Mt Ijen at the best price. The manager also helped me find a fantastic deal on another trip later on in my travels once I had left Banyuwangi. The homestay is a very good price and there is a high street around the corner. 1 minute walk from the main train station and a few minutes to the ferry port by bus.」
