「The rooms are big, airy, spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Food is delicious. Location is excellent. This has been my favorite hotel since many years. Couldn't ask for more.」

「M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained. That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more...

「Everything was good expect the location. The hotel is in a ramp and sometimes cabs don't come till the hotel or they are not allowed. With kid and luggages it is very inconvinient.」
