"Smelly corridors and staff doesnt help well"

"Room was spotless and cleaning staff was all over it in cleaning the room. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. "

"We had a pool view room, but if we leaned over our railing a little we could see the ocean. We could hear it too. Our room and all the grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was an amazing experience, steps from the ocean and spectacular sunsets!"

"My experience in this property was terrible. Terrible! When we first got our rooms, they gave us the wrong ones. We originally asked for a king bed and two twin size beds, we however got two queen beds instead. When we got a different room, (mind you a floor down) it was filthy. Every surface was covered in dust, the floor was littered with bugs. Oh and not only the floors, the beds, tubs, the windowsill, and the walls. When they let us look at a third room, it was again, littered in bugs. It was appaling, it looked like a massacre on the beds. Oh the corpses were all over the kitchenette too. They clearly did not inspect it before giving it to us, when it had clearly not been occupied for months. If I could give 0 stars I would! Never go here!!! Please take off this property of yours list"

"The place was very clean Right on the beach! Not too packed Local to almost everything Close to all the best beaches in Maui Very friendly staff members/ very attentive Overall this was a great stay for a great price , kitchen came in handy, be careful leaving the sliding doors open like we did. We invited many little flies which is common otherwise great easy spot for the price!"

"While it wasn't the fastest wifi, it let me watch YouTube with ease. But besides that, I wasn't there for fast internet. There's a whole beautiful island to explore. Room was very clean, A/C was a window type unit and not overpowering you with cold air. It did the job it was intended for and so the room was comfortable."

"We had to check in at a different location than where we actually stayed. Staff was very friendly. We had issues connecting to WiFi because info given was for the wrong location but was able to connect once we called for the correct information. There is no central AC, however there is a AC unit in the living room. Bedroom has a fan. Our balcony doors did not lock, but we were on the 6th floor so we didn’t complain about it. I felt the unit could be cleaned a little bit better, bathroom doors were dirty and floors didn’t feel clean walking barefoot on it, so we wore our sandals inside even though there is a sign at the front door asking us to remove our shoes. Kitchen was great- fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, electric stove with oven, microwave, plates, bowls and utensils. We told our room didn’t have a view because of its location but we actually had a great view from our balcony. Staff probably needs to be trained better about their different locations. "
