It was not bad stay, I would have to say it was average bed is hard so if your a back side sleeper then it should be good for you. The bathtub plug didn't work, other than this it was ok.

We have stayed in other places for the same price point such as the Cadet Inn in Coldwater. The Coldwater Motel was a Super 8 at one time and must have lost its franchise. It is run down and wore out. It looks like they might be trying to remodel room by room in a very slow process. The toilet was a newer taller one by surprise. The pillowcases and bedspread were in real need of washing, lucky we brought our pillows. My wife remarked that we have stayed in some older run-down places but this one, room 102 was cobwebed and just dirty. Everything was minimum, towel, no cleanex, etc. The Wi-FI worked the TV would come on but could not get channels. Talking to the desk they would send maintenace in a half hour. In a while, I could see that they rebooted the Direct TV dish and after a half hour could use the TV. You get what you pay for at $55 tax included you can't complain too much. We will go back to the Cadet which is old but very clean next time.

The woman at the front was great, however the room was dirty, the walls are thin, and some one had 2 pups chained up outside. The location is great the hotel is old, but you get was y po u pay for.

Goed motel vriendelijk personeel

Na de derde keer terug gaan naar dit motel kanje zeggen dat het voelt als thuiskomen. Voor ons is dit motel de beste optie.

Horrible. Someone called my room at 4:00 am several times asking for "help". I unplugged the phone then the room next to me started playing music really loud & I could hear people laughing in there. I feel they were trying to set me up so I'd come out of my room. Finally at 7 am I went to main desk & had to ring bell numerous call times before the guy came out. I told him my problems & he acted like he didn't care & walked away.

Just looking for a good night's sleep

I was on a business trip and just wanted a place to sleep. The Coldwater Motel was very nice in that regard.

Horrible and dirty!

Our first room the air conditioner/heater so loud we thought an engine was running. The sheets were dirty and had burn holes in them. The staff found us another room that was less nosy but had no key plus all sheets stained and dirty. Took sheets from other room. Then that shower bathtub was filthy and stained. We complained but nothing was done plus never reduced the price. They charged 90.00'we could not even take a shower. Plus the food for breakfast was only a piece of bread and saw one bagel. Did not trust yo eat anything. Rooms smelled disgusting. The hotel needs all remodeled or only charge about 25.00 per night

Ok hotel near Jonesville mi.

For the most part the hotel was ok. The rooms where clean. The only problem that we encountered in our staying there for three nights was the phone call at 11p.m from the front desk accusing us of smoking and hanging out of our window. The front desk person was very rude. Past that the hotel stay was ok.
