An amazing place to stay! Friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They had thought of everything to make our stay truly special, from the little details in our room to the warm hospitality throughout. Our room was incredible – sea views, spacious, beautifully presented, and so comfortable. Having our own chef who cooked delicious meals for us was such a treat, and the food was outstanding. The location couldn’t be better, with direct access to a golden beach that felt like our own private paradise. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend to anyone looking for something truly memorable!

Absolutely wonderful!

The great rooms and service gave a luxurious feeling in a place with fantastic views and access to a private beach. We loved everything about this place, not least the amazing dinners and breakfasts served by chef Valery who was the most wonderful host/manager during our stay.

Having travelled a lot around the world and in New Zealand this is one of the most wonderful places I have stayed. Location in secluded spot at end of a peninsula, breath taking views and accommodation with amazing service.

We had an incredible stay at the Jacuzzi Suite! The room was beautiful, set in a stunning house with breathtaking views over the rocky headlands and beach. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Valeriy, the host and chef, who is not only a lovely person but also an exceptionally talented cook. Having both breakfast and dinner included was a huge plus, especially since there aren’t many restaurants nearby. Every meal was delicious and carefully prepared, making our stay feel even more special. We also enjoyed the company of other guests and were fortunate to meet the owners, Alan and Luba, on our last night. They were incredibly hospitable and wonderful company, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the home. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with fantastic food and great hospitality, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

If you’re traveling to Abel Tasman, this gem is a must. From delicious breakfasts and dinners by Chef Valeriy to the picturesque views and private beach, this top my list of favorite places I have stayed.

Lodge by the Sea is a beautiful property with a stunning view of Tasman Bay on a secluded beach. Everything exceeded our expectations. The host and chef, Valery fed us amazing gourmet food and made our stay pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and visiting with the other guests on the patio with a glorious view.
