"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. I got a E20 ticket for parking outside on the street in a parking zone. We were promised a free local access card. Our landlady offered that to us on the afternoon of the...

"Fantastic experience, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Exceptional staff and owners that offered friendly, quick, and efficient customer service. Restaurant was absolutely excellent. Hôtel building is high quality, and well maintained. Liked this hotel so much that I reserved for additional nights. "wir waren zu 3t dort - sind ambitionierte Skifahrer - Lage des Hotels perfekt für Skigebiet Kitzbühel und Wilder Kaiser - Essen im Hotel sehr gut - unser 3er Zimmer im Stil der 90er Jahre okay - was gar nicht ging es gab keinen Zimmerservice - das geisst kliopapier gibg aus - Buchung war ursprünglich über Expedia - habe 10 mails zum Aufenthalt und zur Zahlung trotz Anzahlung bekommen - das ist nervig - bei 4Sterne S und entsprechend hohen Preisen hätte ich besseres erwartet"

"The wait staff at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The amenities were great. Beautiful spa, close to the ski mountains and walkable downtown. The only complaint was poor WiFi connections."

Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel - Member of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection

"As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids (dedicated pool area and activity center). They are also building a whole new section of playground outside if you have little ones. Next time I'm back in Kitzbuhel I'll definitely be staying here. "
