「I love the parking which makes it very easy to unload the luggage, the location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants are not that far. The staff are friendly and the lovely lady at the reception made us feel welcome and very kind. We will definitely come back for a stay again.」

「Overall we like spent nights here. Close to everywhere nearby by walking distance. Cafés restaurants and supermarket. Free parking. Hopefully they still maintain everything in the lodge in the future.」

「Lovely staff who were very accommodating to us. 」

「Great place to stay. Room was very spacious (esp. after dogbox in Auckland) clean and tidy. OK, it is not new, but everything was in working order and full stove, fridge and microwave, plus plenty of utensils, made cooking easy. They also have a small, but adequate, gym on site. We had to hole up here during Cyclone Gabrielle and it was fine for the three nights we stayed. Staff and owners were very helpful and chatty. Bonus was being able to watch T20 Womens World Cup on TV!」

「kitchenette was handy. nowhere to hang towels. spacious room」
