Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. I am sorry to hear that you don't get to watch the sky TV. If we were informed of that, it can be easily fixed by resetting the decoder. As for the coffee sachet, we provide plenty of instant coffee and a variety of tea. Plunger coffee doesn't get used most of the time however if you need more, you can always ask from the office. As everyone has different habit, we can't please everyone but you can make yourself happier if you can let us know while you stayed here and the problem can be easily fixed. This is the 1st time that we were told that the water pressure was minimal considering we are using gas and not hot water cylinder. We will monitor on this issue.

We are sorry to hear that you do not get much sleep. It is on our website that we are located on the main highway and we are about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rate does not include breakfast just room only.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. You arrived just before 12pm which is not considered as slightly early and you were not the only arrived before check in time. We have a few groups arrived early everyday because they were already in Kaikoura. Between Christmas and New Year most guests did not check out early as they were only holiday so we only have a small window of time to do our cleaning. I have to raise my voice so you can hear me as this property is not small and I do not want you to wait there and expect someone to answer the doorbell although the office said closed and check in time is from 2pm. If anyone is here for any other reason will have to come back later or check the website as we were all flat out cleaning. To get the rooms ready for the next group of guests arriving on that day is our top priority to avoid unhappy guests who actually follow instructions. Nevertheless we are still glad that you were pleased with the unit.
