"We chose a dog friendly room. Curtains/blinds good, mattresses ok bathroom another story. Faucet and handle hanging off wall. We pushed them in to turn on water and pull up handle to allow water to come out of shower head. Floor wasn’t cleaned, based on our socks. Employees including Larry not to blame. This room we paid for should’ve been remodeled. "

"We loved the room. Everything about the place was perfect. They do need to have house keeping check the plate.in the cupboard for poorly cleaned plates and mugs. Dishwasher also needs emptied before the next occupant."

"Breakfast buffet was nice, clean rooms, the concierge Jackie was awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Good location. The attached restaurant, The Mole was out of this world! Best enchiladas ever! Great service! "

"Hotel looked better in photos than in person unfortunately. Very strange location that was hard to find - have to go through parking lot at the visitor center. Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff was very nice."
