The staff in reception were very helpful and knowledgeable with every need or question. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, it is located in an high urban area, close to attractions yet it has that beautiful spa resort zen feel. 」

「I loved my stay here! I stayed for 8 days or so. The people are very kind, there’s a coffee machine in reception so you can make as much coffee as you like haha it’s great! 「這是第二度造訪。 旅館經理及其他櫃檯服務人員非常有耐心的服務，房務清潔人員也都非常用心打掃。 旅館附設的餐廳早餐雖然簡單，但品質很好。 樓頂的小游泳池也別去特色，是適合做日光浴的地方 特別值得一提的是～ 退房離開到別城市後，發現從保險箱拿取的東西漏掉一包錢。經過反應後，第二天一大早告知沒有找到。但是當天傍晚再度來信息，說明找到了我遺漏的小錢袋。真是令人非常的驚喜與感動。 這也促成了未來第二次造訪這個城市的理由了喔！」
