「Smells awful in the bathroom plus everything old and need renovation , the check in supposed to be at 2 pm and they said 3 pm 」

Staff offered us discount vouchers to local restaurants, and gave recommendations as to what to do around town. She also taught us some basic Bulgarian, extremely nice. 」
