「Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.」

「Unfortunately, because of the Israel-Iran war we did not stay at this hotel but I would like to say that the manager/owner was extremely understanding of the situation and refunded our reservation, even at the last minute. Very classy customer service for a lovely hotel! Yvonne & Henri Bensimon/」

「I recently stayed at Master Haifa Apartments, and I have to say, it was an excellent choice. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and spacious the apartment was. 「Michel house is a very nice place to stay. Michel is very nice, he prepare lovely home-made breakfast to us everyday. Treat us with special Israel dish and pack us sandwiches to bring along.
