Great room and service

The location was great. It was out of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be a fairly short drive to main attractions of the island. The room was a little dated and showed a lot of wear. The bed was super comfortable but the roosters crowing 2 hours before daylight was off-putting. Also, the neighbors smoking pot outside our window and filling our room with smoke was a bit much. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

It wasn't quite what we expected. The pictures didn't really come close to the actual room in terms of size or modernization. It was small, with old furniture, but did have a kitchen and a balcony that we used a lot. That being said, just about everything else exceeded our expectations. The staff were fantastic! I can't say enough good things about them. The lobby and facilities were all top notch, especially Larry the Hippo, who guards the elevators and the 3-times-weekly wine & cheese, sometimes with really good musical entertainment. We also took a lei-making class that was great! The pool and deck were all very nice with an ample supply of towels and a very nice lemon water dispenser. Exercise room was very nice too, with a view of the pool. The sushi restaurant is so good that we couldn't even get in during our 10-day stay. It would've been nice if they were open on Sundays and Mondays, especially when the weather was as bad as it was when we were there and we didn't feel like braving the downpours to get dinner.

The room was clean and as expected. The view was pretty and the pool area was really nice. The reason we booked here is they include free parking which was great. A short walk to the beach and so many places to eat and shop close by. Our family of 4 really enjoyed it.

Great location, excellent staff. We had access to the club room which was a nice breakfast and happy hour with free drinks and a good variety of apps. I’d def stay here again
