A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The spa pools are great although better when less crowded. Hotel rooms are comfortable and really could not fault the hotel or staff in anyway.

Fantastic location, relaxing SPA, nice and courteous staff and close to the beach and all the major attractions. The hotel provides rental bikes - if the weather allows, there is a hidden bike trail northbound that is not shown on Google Maps. It starts around Malpils iela closer to the beach. There is also a statue of Peter the great with a video explanation.

Nice SPA Hotel and good Location in the beach vibe site of Riga. Breakfast with lots of options at the buffet. BUT while we stayed there, they had renovations going on from 8 am in the morning till 9 pm in the night with loud hammering. No apologies for the disturbance so far.

Excellent central location. Staff very friendly and polite. Very good breakfast and magnificent wellness/spa center. We enjoyed the pool and saunas very much. The only negative side was a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom. This needs to be seriously addressed. Other than that everything was perfect.

The good: Location is amazing. It‘s a hotel with a superb spa that makes everything else come second. Their pools and saunas are great and their buffet breakfast is a feast. The gym is decent. The bad: rooms are spartan, the internet is awful and the TV does not work. There are no small refrigerators in the room which are very soviet-era decorated (weirdly charming) The ugly: bathroom smells like urine
