"Good for a budget, friendly staff!"

"Electric charger availability was not acceptable. With the popularity of electric vehicles having only one charger available on the premises is poor customer service. There were 3 cars in the electric vehicles parking area. We had to share 1 charger. There is a 4 hour limit notice but if the others guests do not follow the rules you cannot charge your car. Please consider increasing chargers."

"The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. The floor was sticky with dirt, the bedding was itchy, and the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. No tissues or supplies were refilled ,only leftovers remained. The photos online looked completely different from the actual property. I couldn't stay and had to check out immediately. Very disappointing experience."

"Frankly, one of the best inn in kamloops. Friendly, receptionist and better room service. Room service staff has come in the morning and ask our requirements. It has nice view place and very quiet place. I would like to highly recommend this place."
