「This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.」

「The room is immaculate. Staff was very helpful especially to the twin brothers who were the Valet who helped with my trailer. Getting there was a bit irritating because for some reason google maps directed me through the rear of the hotel, and the parking getting in front of the valet was sort of congested at that time. The pool was unfortunately under renovation and unavailable, so that’s one thing too. The location is conveniently located around 5-8 mins to Topanga Valley, which have it all!...
