"Our room had bleach stains on the floor, and the tub and shower needed a major overhaul. The smell of the room was an off-putting, extreme sanitizer smell. Didn't want to use the tub shower at all. The pool amenity was why I chose the property, and it was decent. The hot tub wasn't functioning. But ..."
