Algazarra

Como tem sido costumeiro, o hotel aluga seu salão de eventos para formaturas, casamentos, etc. Além da incoveniência do trânsito de vários não hóspedes nos locais de acesso à piscina, salao de jogos e estacionamento, agora tem show com banda (foi até 2h30min da manhã) com som que incomidou no 10° andar, fora o alvoroço dos convidados, com gritaria e sujeira deixada na entrada do hotel. Lamentável, pois o valor da estada não é barato.

Hotel ótimo, mas precisa melhorar

A estadia foi boa, mas tive alguns pontos de atenção que gostaria de compartilhar. O primeiro foi em relação ao banheiro: ao chegar, o assento do vaso estava sujo de urina e precisei limpar antes de usar. O segundo ponto foi a colcha, que parecia muito empoeirada ou com algum produto de limpeza muito forte; infelizmente não consegui utilizá-la, pois me causou bastante irritação no nariz e na garganta. Quanto ao café da manhã, achei apenas mediano. Havia bastante variedade, mas os itens não pareciam muito frescos e o sabor deixou a desejar. Por outro lado, destaco pontos muito positivos: a cama era bastante confortável, o banho foi revigorante e o atendimento da equipe foi impecável.

melhora na forma de colocar os alimentos

Local limpo, atendimento ótimo, cama muito boa, apenas o café da manhã que poderia ser melhor, as frutas poderiam vir já descascadas, melão, mamão tudo cortados apenas em fatias, quando o normal em outras redes é virem já retirados as cascas, inclusive a melancia, de resto tudo bom

Hotel antigo, precisando de reformas, quarto grande, cama boa, travesseiros e lixeiras precisando ser trocados com urgência! Atendimento deixou a desejar, pessoal da recepção e cozinha precisam passar por um curso de atendimento, eles não tem simpatia, não resolvem nada, liguei um mês antes, falando que sou celíaca e pedi para no café da manhã, fazerem ou comprarem alimentos sem glúten, falaram que mandavam por e mail a resposta, no dia da viagem, mandaram o e mail que eles não poderia fazer nada, tipo que eu me virasse, como era uma viagem longa, eu fiquei sem saber o que ia comer, foi o primeiro hotel que fui, e que não fizeram questão nenhuma! Quarto da minha filha estava sujo, e sem falar nas janelas do meu quarto que não foram limpadas a décadas!
