Hotel in einem ehemaligen Kloster, sehr schöne Zimmer - meines hatte Ausblick auf den Stadtturm. Freundliches Personal und Frühstück für die Grösse des Hotels sehr umfassend. Nach meinem Vorab-Hinweis auf Laktose-Intoleranz wurde offensichtlich laktosefreie Milch und Joghurt organisiert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ausgezeichnet.

Die Lage unseres Zimmers direkt am Aussenlift war schlecht. Lärmbelästigung durch ankommende und gehende Gäste, zudem konnten alle in unsere Fenster schauen. Außerdem war dort noch die Raucherecke. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist verbesserungsbedürftig
