"Dear Team, this is to inform you that I had a terrible experience post booking this hotel. Please be informed that this is a fraud listing of a hotel on your online platform. When I reached the venue I was shocked to find that this hotel does not exist in reality and the locals around the place confirmed the same as well. My hard earned money amounting to Rs 5670 has been snatched away by a fruadster who poses to be Temple View Badrinath House. I am even more shocked to believe that such a fraud listing of a hotel has been made on a reputed online platform as that of yours! Where is your background check? This has shaken up my trust big time on your online hotel booking platform and I am not going to use your platform further as there is zero credibility! I am going to escalate this to the relevant Government / regulatory / legal authorities as may be appropriate to save other travellers from this dismay and harassment. Request your kind attention in this regard and arrange for full refund of my hard earned money i.e. Rs 5670 at the earliest! This is absolutely not expected!"
