Great location and overall good hotel.

Overall good hotel to stay. Front service staff was very helpful and friendly to book best restaurants. Bar/cafe service very slow and limited menu for lunch/dinner. Modern room and bathroom. Great location, as it is steps to the beach.

Overall it was wonderful. Right on the beach. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great and everyone was so fun and nice. I booked thru Expedia and thought it was a bit expensive. But overall loved it

The young staff was very friendly and helpful - highlight of our stay. The family units are fine, but the resort isn’t family friendly. Our 11&13 yr old kids were not allowed to swim in large pool, but directly to a kiddie pool that only babies and toddlers would enjoy (1’ deep and 5’ wide). The resort was nearly empty but they stacked guests on top of each other creating very loud rooms/noise at all hours. The restaurant had limited menu and what they did produce was mediocre. We left 3 days early due to above.

Total gem of a hotel

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are large and the adults pool is very instagramable. Less than a four min walk to the beach which is just adjacent to the property and could be seen and heard from our balcony. The staff was absolutely fantastic. They made us reservations for dinner and we incredibly helpful.

We liked staying at Anastasio very much. It's surrounded by nature, as well as very well located, next to the beach. Delicious breakfast. I would suggest that they added bicycles for guests.

Great location.

We had a good stay here. The room was very spacious & very cute. Nice bed & sitting area with a little kitchenette. Very nice bathroom, loved the shower. Would have been nice to be in a second story room with a bit of a view, as we were situated right at the back end at ground level, so balcony just looked into car park spots. The beach is awesome & the pool looks lovely, although didn't use it. One downside is that while there is a kitchenette, there is no tea or coffee provided, nor is there any food service/restaurant available (other than breakfast). However, there are many great restaurants in the area (make sure you book). It is still a new hotel, so will be good to see if these things change over time.

A equipe do hotel nos recepcionou maravilhosamente bem. Nos sentimos muito acolhidos. Pequenos pontos de melhoria: O cardápio do café pode melhorar. Tinha pouca variedade de comida e a bebida café não era muito saborosa. Já no quarto, a cama de casal era formada por duas camas de solteiro, formando um vão no meio da cama, o que era um pouco desconfortável. Também nos quartos, poderiam melhorar o isolamento acústico. Nenhum desses pontos estragou nossa experiência e eu recomendo bastante a estadia.

Excelente localização mas pode melhorar

Hotel com excelente localização e atendimento. Separar as piscinas das famílias com crianças do restante dos adultos é uma ótima ideia. O quarto é de bom tamanho porém a limpeza deixa a desejar. Os lencois são velhos e cheios de bolinhas, as toalhas ásperas. É um hotel de 4 estrelas com preço de 5. Então, espera-se algo um pouco melhor.

Falsche Hotelrechnung 3010us$ Zu viel abgerechnet

Das Hôtel liegt wunderbar, ich war schon oft da. Dieses Mal blieb ich 3 Wochen im Anastasio, doch leider war der Aufenthalt getrübt von einer falschen Abrechnung meines Aufenthaltes, den ich Gott sei dank, auf meinem online Kreditkartenkonto nachvollziehen konnte. Mir wurden 3010us$ zu viel abgerechnet. Das einzige was ich hierfür bekam, war ein Stück Papier, was besagt, dass das Geld mir Rücküberweisung wird. Das wird dauern und erst wenn ich wieder zu Hause bin, werde ich prüfen können ob das Geld an mich zurück überwiesen wird. Ich hoffe nun, dass das Geld wieder bei mir eintrifft. Darum prüfen sie unbedingt ihre Abrechnung.

Todo muy bien, falta mas personal !

En general esta muy bien, las habitaciones un poco chicas, no tiene servicio de playa, solo unas sillas y sombrilla, por el nivel del hotel tiene que tener reposeras y personal en la playa para asistir a los huéspedes. El parte de restaurante faltaba personal y en la piscina había servicio.

Surpreendente

Jose Ignacio é uma praia uruguaia, com estilo descolado/chic, digamos. Bons restaurantes e bares, um belo farol, casas de alto padrão por toda parte. O Anastasio se encaixa muito bem na proposta. Cheguei no começo das atividades, ainda era pré temporada, mas nota-se um ótimo restaurante, uma boa piscina, jacuzzi e suites amplas, de muito bom gosto. Com 3 minutos você está na areia, mas tenho a impressão que a piscina seria mais agradável porque a agua do mar por lá é bem fria. O Anastasio é uma ótima opção de alto padrão.
