大廳正在整修但訂房前未告知，房間裡的冰箱整個都冰滿洲際酒店要賣顧客的飲料，只留一瓶易開罐飲料的空間讓顧客使用，沒有提供網路，連最基本的慢速網路都沒有。

This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.
