close to Atlanta Motor Speedway

First off, I made reservations for Savannah Suites Jonesboro. That is not the name of the place. It is now an Extended Stay Motel/Home. The paperwork said that daily guests would have their rooms cleaned daily. This was not the case. We did not even have soap in our room. The floors were not swept or mopped and the bedspread had burn holes in it. If I had been able to get a room elsewhere, I would have, but none were available. The pictures are apparently from when this place was first built. I guess the old phrase - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - is really true in this case.

I am a military veteran who just ad knee surgery, this was an ideal location for me yet I ask for a ground level non-smoking room, upon my check in, the only room they had was a 3rd level smoking room. I would suggest paying extra for another hotel room unless you just need to sleep for a few hours and hit the road. I will not share or suggest this hotel to my visiting veteran friends.

I paid for and reserved a queen size room, they put us in a full sized bed claiming it was a queen. The first room they put us in had a broken lock so we had to wait over an hour for them to decide to move us into ANOTHER full size room. The second room had bugs. I was promised a $10 credit but was still charged the original price. We'll NEVER stay there AGAIN!

Not a good place

Was not a very clean hotel the rooms stunk an the rooms below us had bugs all over the curtains an windows on the inside an the beds we was nice ours broke when we sat on it an they are very small would not never stay there again.

Close to destination

Not fantastic. Booked two rooms with two beds in each got two rooms with one bed in each. Hot water in bathroom sink would not turn off. Shower handle fell off in my hand.

They allowed us to book the hotel but did not have availability. Huge scam!!! Stay away from this dump! No 24 hr staffing

Advertised kitchenette, but had no utensils, cups, nothing. no shampoo or really any amenities other that as few very rough towels. Tom smelled of mold.plus, I specifically asked for late check out - 12 instead of 11...the maid POUNDED on my door at 1015. No do not disturb signs either.

LAST JANUARY 29, MY NIECE AND HER 5 MONTH BABY WAS STUCK AT ATLANTA AIRPORT DURING THE ICE STORM, I MADE A RESERVATION VIA HOTELS.COM, WHEN SHE SHOWED UP AT THE SAVANNAH SUITES JONESBORO ABOUT 9:00 PM, AND THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED, THERE WAS NOBODY TO HELP HER, SO SHE HAD TO AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL WITH HER 5 MONTH OLD ON THE MIDDLE OF VERY VERY COLD NIGHT, WOULD I RECOMMEND SAVANNAH SUITES???? NOT ON THIS LIFE TIME!!!!! VERY, VERY, VERY, UPSET!!!!

Well!!!

Ok, Didn't have overly high expectationsseeing as it was a $42 room... But to get there and the office was closed at 8pm, and some security guard who I found by chance had my package, that was unusual. then he didn't have a key for me and so if I had needed to leave my room, I would have had to track him down to get back in... Then, the fridge didnt work, and the deadbolt didn't latch...
