"Waterslides were not open. The back patio area we could not use, chairs and isle set up right outside next to our patio because of a wedding. Never thought this would happen on a Thursday. 4 grand kids during the day 2 stayed with me overnight. Stayed 2 days. Could have sent the kids out during ceremony, but I’m not that person. It’s not their fault the hotel doesn’t have a private separated area to hold events outside."

"They gave us trouble with the room we reserved originally because they were having windows replaced and because we booked thru Expedia they stated they didn’t have a phone number to call us to let us know the room needed changed. They also didn’t tell us about the room change until I had to come back up and inform them we received the incorrect room. It took 3 room changes to get the correct room we reserved. Thankfully we tried to check in early at 2:30 because by the time it was figured out it was 3:15 before we got in the room. TV guide is terrible through the spectrum provider. There was more sports and Spanish channels than anything else. Our hotel room door didn’t want to fully close unless you put effort into it and forced it closed. The back door to get into the hotel was unlocked the whole time we were there."
