Business trip in south Malaysia

Business trip in south of Malaysia. Hotel is very good. Breakfast amazing. Large room. Wonderful pull and Gym. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and new. However, the walls are very thin and it was very noisy at night as we could hear other guests talking and closing and opening their room doors.

Very nice and friendly hotel , infinity pool is wonderful. I left my bangle n earrings in a small bag in the Thi tel and I only realize after 3 weeks, and the hotel kept aside for me 😊😊😇 really appreciate too much

hotel was alright, puteri harbor was disappointing, dirty and lots of shop closed down. and the hotel parking, is dark and limited parking, not secure too.

It had changed a lot since my last visit pre Covid but the staff are extremely friendly and make me feel at home. I guess not having a room with bathtub despite my companions having them was the disappointing factor for the stay. Overall is still a good place to stay and I’ll definitely stay there again if I go Malaysia.

Just a place to overnight. Carpark is not secured it is not gated. Toilet not so pleasant especially dirty grouting between tiles. The rest are still ok

Staff were really good. Customer service was tops. Hotel itself has aged badly. There were lot of hair in the room. Toilet bowl flushing non stop. Tv room sofa looks worn out. Bed was comfortable however. Enough for us to stay sleep and be cosy. If price is good i'l be back.

Breakfast not much choice, cooking wise average. feet is cold coz not fully carpeted need to call recep to get the slippers. Overall room is good clean and tidy but lack of shopping ctr nearby.

The accommodation is a little old and towels are really smelly. We were charged for late supper without being notified. There was basically nothing much in the area as most had closed down due to covid. Nevertheless, area was peaceful and great for a getaway from the bustling city.

The room smells terrible and old. The hotel manager should investigate the air-con condition. The breakfast is okay to us. Indeed, one would wonder, given the large space in the restaurant, they can offer more food choices. For example, a big steamer only offers same type of buns. However, to us, the breakfast is better than we imagined after reading the hotel comments.

Friendly staff but all else need improvements

Service staff were pretty nice and friendly, however the check-in process was extremely slow. They set up the sofa bed for us but the sheets on the bed was dirty. We asked for an extra blanket for the sofa bed and they gave us one that was very dusty. Bathtub was a nice addition to the room as the kids enjoyed it. TV channels were extremely limited and the kids were very bored with what was showing.

Not sure if this is my second or third time penning this down. Positive aspects: Requests made from room came through quite fast. Pool was nice. Negative aspects: Breakfast was quite miserable. Not one, not twice but three times issue with the room door access. Finally engineering had to replace the door lock. No apologies whatsoever while we waited outside.

The room is deteriorating. I can see the toilet is very moldy. Im staying on Wing 1 level 2. It was very noisy upstair the whole night. I can also heard loud music band coming from the street. The bed is uncomfortable and dusty. The whole night is not pleasant and it make my skin very itchy from the dust.
