Good stay at Holi Afiniti

My family stayed at Holi Afiniti opposite LEGOLAND 15-17 March, the day before Malaysia lockdown on 18 March. The room was big enough for 2 queen beds. There were 2 showers, 1 is standing and the other a bath tub. No washing machine, no clothe hangers, no coffee and tea. But overall the room was clean and value for money. You can collect room key opposite the condo, cross the road on the left side and condo office is at corner. Staff was very nice. There were some defects in the room so just report to staff. Good stay and my family would come again. Thank you.

Excellent Place to Stay & Affordable!!

We needed some place close to Lego Land without paying a lot of money for a hotel, and Holi Afiniti Themed Suits was perfect! It was a 5 minute walk out the back of the property to Lego Land, a mall with a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop, and awesome play structures/play grounds within the mall. The property had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay and was very clean. We bought breakfast items at the grocery store in the mall behind Holi Afiniti so we could eat before going to Lego Land. I would highly recommend staying at Holi Afiniti Themed Suites!

Good location.

Fantastic location with views of Legoland. Literally a road away from Legoland and the shopping center. Very convenient. Comfortable apartment with all the neccessities. Cleanliness can be improved. We had problems with thw Wifi but the service staff was super friendly and sorted it out. Overall a good stay and will come back again.

It is sunny and spacious. Across the street from Mall of Medini and Legoland. Great location. The wifi didn’t work, so we got a little thing for the internet. Then we had it all the time. The staff is polite and their office is also just across the street. We will use them again when we go back.

Bare minimum and mediocre modern apartment,

Service from the two guys at the desk when we arrived was surly and disinterested, directions to the apartment were vague. The lady at the desk later on was friendly and helpful. The apartment is not 'themed' as indicated in the post unless the theme is 'new apartment with unfinished decor and no amenities'. Even the pictures on the wall were frames still reading 'A4 Picture Frame'... Amenities supplied were poor, no tea/coffee, crummy mismatched collection of cutlery and dishes. I marked apartment down on cleanliness as one spare mattress had a bloodstain on it and there was dust and nuts under the beds. Apartment advertised as 2 queen beds and 1 fold out single. Actually only had 1 queen, 1 single and 1 fold out single. Front door did not lock despite repeated swipes. In fairness we didn't bother to report most of this to the service desk as 1) the location was good and we spent all our time at Legoland and 2) they didn't care anyway. We complained once about the pocket wifi not working and they were pretty unhelpful about that.

Good homestay experience

Unit was generally clean and comfortable. Only shortfall is the description of the unit. It was stated as 2-bedroom apartment with 2 Queen size bed. The unit assigned was actually a 1-bedroom unit with the study room being converted into a bedroom with a single bed + pullout bed. Luckily I’m only traveling with 2A+3C, so still ok.

Cups and bowls are old and dirty. The cups are broken and cracked. The floor is sticky as well when we arrive. It needs more maintainence the lights are wearing out. Other than that it is a great apartment to stay at.

Fantastic and enjoyable stay

Location, condition and cleanliness of room and facilities and service were excellent! Mahfuz, a staff, WhatsApp the check in details three days prior to arrival. Check in was easy, signed in at the security guard post at the lobby and collected the key. Given a Star Wars themed one bed apartment with two queen sized beds, a sofa bed and a kitchenette overlooking Legoland, as described in the website. Bed was comfy, linens were clean and the 4 pillows were not too soft. Only towels not so clean, still have a few stubborn stains. No housekeeping but it was fine with us. Choice of a hot soak in tub or relaxing bath from rainshower head. Air-con adjustable and silent. Kitchenette came with full cutlery, electrical stove, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, electrical water kettle. Impressed by the Staff (Mahfuz) service, prompt in responding to WhatsApp and addressed the faulty door within 15 minutes with another colleague. Legoland only 10 mins walk from Apt. through Mall of Medini (5 mins walk to mall). Causeway link bus from SG stops at the Mall. Taxi outside the mall aplenty. Dined at BK, KFC, Absolute Thai, Chicken Rice Shop and Old Town Coffee in the mall. Daily essentials from the 2 convenience stores there and 7-11 store below the Apt. Don’t need to buy bottled water as there was a professional water filter system attached to the water tap for you to drink directly from. Thanks to Alan, Apt’s Ops Director, and Mahfuz for the wonderful experience! Will visit again.

Spacious and Beside Mall and Legoland

The two-bedroom apartment was really very spacious for us 3 adults and 2 teeners. The main reason we rented it was to just walk to Legoland and back. It is really an easy walk to Legoland, plus nearer to the mall for restaurants or basic groceries.

Decent place for family

Clean,tidy apartment with a good view. The ample space favors family with kids like mine. The close location to Legoland makes it competitive to other service apartment.
