Booked 2 executive rooms for total 5 guests. Each room comes with a king bed. So one of the room needs an extra bed. After booking, I tried to message the property and no one reply. When is nearer to the arrival date, I emailed and was told that I need to pay 210 MYR for the extra bed. I thought booking for 3 guests for an executive room, my extra bed for 2 nights should be free. However, I had to pay. I am not allowing my guest to sleep on the sofa.
Kinda upset about this but payment was made thru email. When I was doing my check out, the staff asked for the payment of my extra bed. I told her that I had already made payment. However, she asked me for when and how I made payment. This is abit ridiculous as this is a good hotel. The system should have records. Finally, the hotel is clean and staffs are good. I will definitely come back again.
