"We had previously booked a different hotel that was so dirty we could not stay there. This hotel had available rooms and service was excellent at 11:00pm getting us a comfortable clean stay for the night. The price was very high because of graduation ceremony at college"

"We had some issues (no body wash in the room, a snafu with a breakfast item, and a couple of other small things) and the staff was OUTSTANDING in making up for it. The issues were remedied, we received credits and complimentary items, and the manager sent a hand-written apology note to our room. Absolutely a class act. We will definitely stay here again based on this alone."
