Only two things that took a star away. Housekeeping was only every other day and the room had the most uncomfortable sofa we've ever sat in.

Inconvenient. Poor
The room has odor that hit me when I first open the door. The pillows also has a smell. The power went out for ~ 4 hours, the room was freezing.

Check in/out staff were nice and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not get to try the bistro/bar or the Starbucks on site. We would definitely stay here again.

Front staff was very hospitable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to discover that there was only a mini fridge but no microwave. The sheets and towels were not soft and the pillows were not comfortable, but the room as a whole was nice and a decent value, especially for the location.

Weve stayed here twice in the last month. Perfect place, quiet and Kick back Jacks was walking distance and was so fun! Everything was great, my only giving 4 starts on the cleanliness was our shower had a bit of mold in the grout. Not a big thing, but still there.

The property was updated and taken care of inside and out. My concern is that the work out room was 81 degrees and no way to change the temp to make it cooler. Not ideal

Bathroom floor was sticky and usual hairs in the bathroom. Door to the room looked like it had been breached in a raid and was hard for my girlfriend to open. No bugs so that’s great. The ac would reach meat hanging temperature that’s a home run. The property is well maintained and they have done some upgrades. They only clean the rooms every other day so go ahead and get some towels at the front desk when you go by.

Signs of ongoing renovation aside, this was an enjoyable trip. Note that they do not clean your room if you're staying multiple days (even when removing Do Not Disturb). Overall, very clean and would stay again.

No hot water. 2 rooms for 2 nights for over $600.00. \ Check in was good. Our request of two king rooms with one handicap accessible was granted. That was the only good thing. Saturday morning no hot water. We took cold showers. Notified the front desk. She said they had to reset the water heater. Second morning. No hot water. Front desk said the same thing when I called. We had to go someplace else to shower. Wasn't going to shower in cold water again. I called and they said I was told when we booked that they were remodeling and that we agreed to it. That we booked through Expedia and to call them to complain. I knew they were remodeling, but when I called the hotel to confirm, I mentioned the remodeling, and they said it wouldn't be an issue. When we went to the dining area on our first morning, another guest told us they hoped we weren't in any hurry, that she had been waiting for 45 minutes. We just left. We chose a Marriott property, because we didn't know the area, and figured we couldn't go wrong with them. We will know better next time.

It was Ok. They randomly charged us $24 for what the front desk ended up calling “incendentials” that felt sneaky and underhanded. Also no vending machines if you want a water or something be prepared to pay $5 for each. Also the pool wasn’t open and no hot tub.

It was a lovely room, however the toilet was extremely low and there was no grab bar or anything to hold onto. The Kleenex container was empty and there was no extra toilet tissue. You should not have to run around to get these basic things.
