「We stayed at this hotel last year and it is definitely not a normal hotel. There is no iron, no ice machine, no breakfast, and no lobby restroom. We knew that this time and were prepared. We chose it because of the laundry room. It's really nice and big. We planned our trip around stopping there and using the laundry room halfway through our trip. It's very clean and nice. The front desk staff was friendly.」

「Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. 「Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. 「Looks like an abandoned dilapitated property. No customer service at desk. One broken cart that you'll have to trek to your room (about a football field). The first room was filfthy (dead bugs everywhere) and A/C and phone didn't work so we had to trek back to front desk. They gave us a 2nd room, right in the middle of all the housekeepers rooms (their housekeepers live on-site).
